ISO 9001 determines the requirements to a quality management system for a organisation showing its ability to deliver products that fulfill the needs of the customer and possible official directives. This standard describes exemplary the whole quality management system.
In the management handbook of the Linde Kryotechnik AG the rules for all management and processes are documented as well as operating instructions and document specifications. In the handbook precise operational sequences, their needs and the content for the documents are written down.
