Personal advice and customer care during minor modifications and in dealing with components are a matter of course.
Where required, our service engineers deal with system operations on site. We also provide online support to deal with minor malfunctions or questions about the operation of our systems (via password-protected modem link-up).
Original spare parts and compatibles are guaranteed for 10 years, but even after a longer period of time we find solutions for our customers. We also facilitate the necessary services from suppliers of key components.
