Modification and retrofit

Our Customer Services also undertake minor modifications and retrofits of plant independently while maintaining process parameters such as, for example, upgrading and optimizing the system to increase availability, productivity and operational safety.

We offer the following services:

• processing of queries and customer requests
• assessment, on site where necessary, and feasibility checks
• processing proposed solutions with the help of our comprehensive system documentation
• processing of corresponding tenders
• logging and handling of orders
• planning and procurement of the necessary material supplies
• scheduling of personnel for assembly and commissioning of equipment
• conversions on site, with necessary documentation
